ZH-08H: 4%
Urea: 10–13%
Synthetic thickener: 1%
Baking soda: 3%
Anti-staining salt: 0–1%
Water: X% (to make 100%)

Add baking soda and urea, then continue stirring for another 10–20 minutes until fully dissolved.
Let the mixture sit for 2–4 hours to allow complete swelling before use.
Sizing method: Rotary screen or other methods suitable for high-speed machines.
Fixation temperature: 110–120°C.
Note: Do not exceed the recommended temperature, as overheating may cause yellowing of the fabric.
Clean the sizing equipment thoroughly before use to ensure no residual finishing chemicals remain.
After drying, seal the fabric immediately with plastic film to prevent uneven moisture absorption, which may affect printing quality.
Store the product in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated environment. Keep sealed to avoid exposure to moisture.
