Alginate for hand molding is a natural polysaccharide polymer extracted from marine brown algae. It can react with calcium salts to form a thermally irreversible gel, which is widely used in hand molding. Gel properties can be customized by adjusting the alginate G/M ratio: High G-type gel has high hardness, suitable for hand molds requiring strong support; High M-type gel has good flexibility, suitable for molding complex curved parts. The special color-changing formula allows intuitive judgment of the solidification progress through color change, improving operational convenience.
1> Natural, Safe and Skin-Friendly: Derived from marine brown algae as a natural polysaccharide, free of chemically synthetic additives. Skin-safe and non-irritating; some products have passed independent laboratory certification.
2> Precise Detail Replication: Fineness reaches 200-300 mesh with excellent fluidity, capable of capturing fine textures such as fingerprints and finger crevices, ensuring high molding precision.
3> Controllable and Stable Molding: Rapidly forms a thermally irreversible gel with calcium salts. The stirring and molding time is precise (usually 3-5 minutes), the reaction speed is easy to control, and it is not affected by temperature.
4> Suitable Strength and Elasticity: Moderate gel strength (300-500g/cm²), combining flexibility and support. Not easy to break during molding, and can better restore its shape after demolding.
5> Long-Term Stable Performance: Low moisture content (≤15%), stable viscosity (≥800 mPa・s), long shelf life, and not easy to deteriorate.
6> Environmentally Friendly and Easy to Dispose: Biodegradable, with degradation products being carbon dioxide and water, which are friendly to the environment. Easy to clean after one-time use.
1> First, pour the prepared impression powder into a small bucket, add an appropriate amount of water (1.5kg) and stir. Do not add too much water at one time; stir while adding water.

2> When it becomes viscous, pour it into another container as shown below.

3> After pouring, shake evenly, insert your hand in a stable position, and keep it still for at least 3-4 minutes. Maintain a good hand posture as shown in the picture.

4> After 3-4 minutes, the hand can be taken out. At this time, add an appropriate amount of detergent and water to the mold, shake well to ensure thorough mixing of water and detergent.

5> Pour the water-detergent mixture into a bowl, add gypsum powder and stir until it becomes milky white. Pour the mixture into the mold, shake evenly to ensure full contact between the gypsum slurry and the mold, and let it stand for 12 hours.

6> After the mold has stood, take a smooth wooden board and flip the mold out. Then slowly remove the outer layer of dried mold paste.
