Product Overview:

Digital printing thickener LN-03H is a base paste made from low-molecular-weight modified plant gum, suitable for dry method digital printing processes. It offers stable sizing, high color yield, sharp pattern outlines, and excellent brightness.

Technical Specifications:

• Appearance: Off-white powder

• Viscosity: 10–30 cps (1% concentration, 20°C)

• Solubility: Soluble in cold water

• Moisture: <15%

Recommended Application Method:

• LN-03H: 2.5%* (recommended dosage 2–3%; higher dosage gives deeper colors and better definition; 5% gives even better results)

• Urea: 10–13%

• Sodium bicarbonate: 3%

• Anti-staining salt: 0–1%

• Water: X%

• Total: 100%

*Add water to mixing tank, start stirring, add anti-staining salt, then slowly add LN-03H powder. Stir for 30 minutes, then add sodium bicarbonate and urea, stir for another 10 minutes. Allow to stand for 1–2 hours for full swelling before use.

Recommended Sizing Process:

Pad-drying method: padder pressure 2–3 kg, pickup rate 60–70%, speed 25–30 m/min, drying temperature 110–120°C. Do not exceed recommended temperature to avoid fabric yellowing.

Precautions:

Clean the pad rollers and trough thoroughly before use to remove any finishing residues. After drying, seal immediately with plastic film to prevent uneven moisture absorption that may affect printing quality.

Storage Conditions:

Store in a clean, dry, well-ventilated area in sealed packaging.
