Digital Printing Paste LN-01H
Product Overview:
Digital printing paste LN‑01H is a base paste for digital printing dry process, made from low‑molecular‑weight modified vegetable gum. It features stable sizing, high color yield, clear pattern outline, and good color brightness in digital printing.
Technical Specifications
Appearance: Off‑white powder
Viscosity: 500 cps (1% concentration, 20 °C)
Solubility: Soluble in cold water
Moisture: < 15%
Recommended Formulation
LN‑01H: 1%*
Urea: 10–13%
Sodium Bicarbonate: 3%
Anti‑dye Salt: 0–1%
Water: Balance to 100%
*Recommended dosage: 1%.
Higher dosage improves color depth and definition; optimal performance at 2–3%.
Mixing Procedure
Add water to the mixing tank and start stirring.
Add anti‑dye salt, then slowly add LN‑01H.
Stir for 30 minutes.
Add sodium bicarbonate and urea, then stir for another 10 minutes.
Let stand for 1–2 hours for full swelling before use.
Recommended Sizing Process
Padding method: Roller pressure 2–3 kg
Pick‑up: 60–70%
Speed: 25–30 m/min
Finishing temperature: 110–120 °C (avoid overheating to prevent yellowing)
Precautions
Clean rollers and sizing tank before use to remove residual chemicals.
Seal dried fabric with plastic film immediately to avoid uneven moisture regain.
Storage
Store in a clean, dry, ventilated area; keep sealed.
